ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders are sent out within 1-10 business days of placing order.
Once an order is ready to ship, you will be notified with the tracking number for the shipment. If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please email us at

EXCHANGES
Jewelry + clothing exchanges are offered within 10 days of receiving order.
Please email us at kiki@cashmerecactus.com
with your order number if you would like to get an exchange started.
Please note that return shipping and re-shipment is not covered by
Cashmere Cactus and is the customers responsibility.
REFUNDS
If you need to cancel an order, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. A 10% fee will be withheld from the amount of the refund to cover fees charged to us by Shopify.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international order is thus subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
